"I live over 80 miles from Holiday on Wheels S.C. located on Garners Ferry Rd. in Columbia, SC. I say that b/c I could have gone to several other dealers to purchase a camper/ travel trailer. However, after meeting Gary (owner) and John (service tech), I was sold on their commitment to "customer comes first". This is why I have purchased 2 travel trailers from them in the last 3 years. They ALWAYS go above and beyond customer service to make you feel like you can call anytime for any reason for any questions, problems, or concerns that may arise. Both Gary and John are very knowledgable in this industry. I will not hesitate to go back to them when it's time to upgrade for the third time. There is nothing John can't fix; sometimes even over the phone."

"While on vacation we experienced our ground fault circuit failure. I read my owners manual and followed all the steps with no success. I contacted John in parts and discussed the problem while camping no less. John was extremely helpful and we decided the circuit had failed, he stepped me through the process and all is well.
This is what I have come to expect and I for one am proud to have purchased my RV from Holliday on Wheels and will do so again. They are always helpful and insightful. Your service is always 5 star in my opinion. Thanks again
